MACHUPICCHU TOUR

Machupicchu is the Lost City of the Incas and is now recognized as Cultural Inheritance of Humankind. Universal Patrimony of world, it is a monument to Divinity, a Gods Worship Center. The magnificent scenic geographic fuses with highlights, the massive architecture of the Inca site, the winding loops of the river that undulate between sheer vertical cliffs whose imposing flanks formed ideal natural barriers.

Machupicchu is located at the beginning of the cloud forest at an altitude of 2,400 m., with a unique and spectacular panorama over the high jungle.

MORAY AND MARAS (THE SALT MINES)

Moray is located two hours from Cusco city. It provides one of the most spectacular views of Urubamba Mountain Range and it also offers dramatic Inca terraces depressions in the earth. This site was raised into a natural greenhouse to grow a extraordinary variety of crops at an altitude that would typically only be in the tropical Andes. Later you visit Salineras, the impressive numerous white rectangular salt-filled pools.

PIQUILLACTA / ANDAHUAYLILLAS

TREKKING IN THE ANDES

The Inca Empire, known as "Tawantinsuyo", was covered with crisscrossed Inca Pathways, all paved stone trails with extraordinary engineering, stretching 25,000 Kms. These treks permit passages through rugged topography with Inca Sites and high passes reaching more than 4,000 meters. Hundred of warriors, messengers and the Inca himself used this road system to go to different provinces.

The deserted coast, the fertile Andes and the lush high Jungle were all connected at one time by these versatile Inca Trails.

Our classic trek is the Inca Trail to Machupicchu, but we also offer treks to the Ausangate, Salkantay, Vilcabamba, Choquequirao, the Urubamba mountain range, the Vilcanota mountain range etc.
